The Fire Rose
The seed planted inside my heart
Has a friendship that will never part
The petals tell how much I care
But will never tell why I stare
The stem that grows stronger each day
Will never give my true feelings away
The thorns that peirce my soul
Will never tell him what he stole
Yellow edged with fire
Friendship turns into desire
